In the run up to the 2015 Monaco Yacht Show, IYC had undergone a major rebranding exercise. The SuperYachtAgency had been tasked with implementing this brand getting a new site launched in time for the yacht show. Against a very tight deadline we were approached to rebuild the site. As we only had approximately two weeks before the start of the show we chose to do a staged launch of the new site. Stage 1 focusing on the Sales and Charter yachts and the team and contacts. Stage 2 further development of the services and locations sections.
There were a few sleepless nights but everyone involved pulled out all the stops and Stage 1 was launched on the first day of the show.
Stage 2 was then completed over the following months. During this time some new sections were added to the site and the existing content was evaluated and refined. An SEO audit was also carried out and the recommendations shown in the report were implemented throughout the site.
Once everything had been completed the site was handed over to IYC’s local Greek development team who have managed it ever since.
